Beachtown

The Beachtown is a mixed‐use development master planned as the project’s downtown area and the focal point of all the developments in the vicinity of Almaza Bay. The commercial area is divided into two zones; F&B/Nightlife zone (The Clock Tower) and a shopping zone. The clock tower shall include regular‐size and large restaurants, bars and public/outdoor spaces; while the shopping zone should include a number of shops and flagship multi‐brand concept stores.
